Due to the specialty nature of our business, we are unable to take returns or cancellations on special order gowns, as is the policy with most stores like ours. Sale items and items purchased with discount codes are also not refundable. We carefully examine each dress that ships through our store to be sure it is free of damage or defect. However if you should find a flaw or mistake with your order, please notify us within 3 days of the receipt of your order so that we may issue you a return authorization number. In order to exchange the dress or receive a refund, you must also ship your package within the same 3 day period and the package must be post-marked. If the package is post-marked past the 3 days allowed, it will be refused and sent back. We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges without a return authorization number. For gowns that we have in inventory we will accept returns with a restocking fee of 30%. All gowns are special order except for the gowns located in our "Ready to Ship" and "Quick Ship Dresses" section of the website. Should you require an exchange on an in stock gown, we will allow one exchange with no restocking charge to you. If you still have questions concerning returns, please contact us via email here.
